Complete your Manager Food Safety Training from the comfort of your home or restaurant.  This online class includes:  High quality presentations and is simple to use. The class is approximately 6 hours of video, audio and interactive learning games, with all text and narration in both English and Spanish. A printable Study Guide and Post Training Guide are included.   No time limits. Take as much time as needed.  Lots of convenient test locations are available.  The Prometric   certificate/license will be good for 5 years when passing scores are achieved.

• This class is equivalent to ServSafe Manager  Food Protection classes and is accepted by all Health Departments.

This class also meets the training needed to take the ServSafe Manager Food Protection Test.  You can request a ServSafe exam by emailing us at info@restaurantsuccesscenter.com.

There is an additional testing fee that is paid directly to the testing center.  It is $48.00. 

 

You will need to have a valid picture ID and enroll for the class exactly as the name is printed on the ID. 

​

Due to the importance of having adequate food safety knowledge to operate your business safely, no notes are allowed during the testing.

 

Near the completion of the training, contact one of the testing centers below to take your test.  There are many local testing centers.  Due to COVID 19, Prometric offers testing on line. If you choose that option, your computer will need a camera and microphone so that the cutting edge testing software from Prometric can monitor you during testing.
