All health departments in the state of California require one manager and/or supervisors to have an ANSI certified Food Safety Manager on premises. This is for the Manager ServSafe class and examination. It will be proctored by a registered ServSafe Proctor
Class Duration: 6.5 hours
Lunch Break: 30 minutes
Test Duration | up to 2 hours. Typically 1.25 hours
When you enroll you will receive an invoice that includes a download link where you can read your welcome letter for the class as well as the Sample Test and Study Guide. Location | Antelope Valley College. Class room number will be emailed with welcome letter.

Parking: Plenty. During school session there is a $1.00 parking fee. Please purchase parking pass on entry at kiosk.
**You must bring a valid ID or you will NOT be able to take the test, no exceptions**

- Lunch will be 30 minutes. Bring a bag lunch or there many fast food locations and vending machines nearby.
- Bring drink and snacks.
- Study guide and sample test included. Pre-study is essential.
